Being a landlord for 45 plus years, my standards are well established. Vic and Christina Costello handled this property in the utmost professional manner. The staging was accomplished quickly and the video/drone footage with a voice over narrative and music was edited several times to get the right feel. This made a huge difference in the presentation of the town home and unique entertainment industry area it is located in. The negotiation process and escrow closure had it challenges and I was genuinely pleased with how Vic and Christine handled it all. They are both VERY hands-on and the kind of Team every discriminating Seller needs.
